I think it should be its own part. When the dealer replaced my shift console they did not replace the media hub ports. Can't find the part on moparonlineparts.com so you will probably have to have the dealer parts person find the part. It would be good to know if the receptacles can be replaced in case they get gummed up with dirt. Go to the moparonlineparts.com web site and send them a request for information. Its worth a try. The media hub receptacles seems to be part of the tunnel housing and not connected to the gear shift mechanism in any way. Maybe this is it: FT POWER OUTLET - MOPAR (68146070AD)
