Window/Door Locks Controls Loose

Hey everyone
I have a 2015 Cherokee and for some reason both of the window/door lock controls are loose and have movement back and fourth. When playing the stereo loud these both seem to rattle/vibrate quite a bit and the vibration rattle stops if I hold them firmly in place. Just wondering if there is a reason or way to tighten these or is it possible something came loose or broken off and I can buy new ones to replace? I attached a link to a video showing what I mean. Thanks guys!

They just pop out, straight up. Possibly either the front or rear retaining clip has broken off.

It's normal, I think.

My window/door lock module has always had a little back and forth play - since taking delivery new - although mine has never rattled w/ the radio. I'm sure you could probably secure it with a drop of glue somewhere if you wanted to (not enough that it would be too hard to pop off later, of course), but I doubt anything is broken. Just extremely loose fit tolerances. -Rob

Hey so I can just pull them straight up to remove no special tools or anything needed? Any special spot I should pull from? Thanks again for quick response much appreciated.

Do you have a trim removal tool? If not, you can use a small flat blade screwdriver. Be careful not to damage it. Once the rear is loose, you can just pull it up. I just went out and did mine. All of one second! Chrysler has been using these switches for years, and they have to be unplugged to remove the inside door panels for speaker replacement! Once out, you might be able to build up the front or back with tape or similar to keep them from moving so far. Mine just moves a tiny bit.
