It should, as long as you are using the "qi" standard. Which is basically the only standard to get much traction so far.

The other issue is that the transmitter in the charging pad may not line up with the receiver in your phone if you are using an aftermarket adapter for your phone but I don't expect that to be an issue

Unfortunately I think this option is not available on the Trailhawk. It is a shame. The trailhawk gets no memory seat, HID, or wireless charging love.

Thanks!

I do wish it was like the Dart, and in the bottom of the center console though. Would make it much easier to use.

Here is a list of recent phones that support wireless charging right out of the box:

Nokia Lumia 920 (att)
HTC DNA (vzw)
LG Nexus 4 (tmo)
Nokia Lumia 822 (vzw)
HTC Windows phone 8X (att)
LG Spectrum 2 (vzw)
Samsung galaxy S4
Blackberry z30 (vzw)

im sure there are others but these are the popular ones. Also there are alot of "kits" available to convert it to qi compatible.

Seems about half or more of the Cherokees I have looked at have this. Seems like a frivolous option considering the space it takes up and the fact some phones do not use this. Having this an the CD player as dealer add ons seems more reasonable.

I discovered same thing after I called uConnect. Cannot text or get text if using IOS product. Yet twice I have received text notice on system while driving. So not sure why. Hopefully coming soon. When I did get text, it spoke it out loud and then stored in saved messages. Could not figure out how to delete but next time I started Jeep they were gone so I assume it clears out after shutting down Jeep.

What I do not understand is why I have multiple lines with the same phone number under a persons name in the phone book on the Jeep. I only have each number entered once on my iPhone 5S contact but multiple lines on the Jeep display. An irritant because have to listen to the voice read off each line number then say which line or touch the line. The contacts seem to be people who use IOS systems so must be reason. The Jeep system doesn't understand home or mobile when speaking to voice assistant. However contacts using android seem to work correctly. Maybe in time it will all be corrected.

Samsung Galaxy Note do not fit

I have a galaxy note phone that does not fit in the space available for the wireless charging pad option that I ordered, in fact it looks like it will only fit smaller phones about the size of iPhones!
Does anyone know if a modified holder is available for larger phones?
Thanks,
tony

might consider a cheap and easy IQ USB charging pad and put it in the stop arm rest spot, shouldn't slide much as there is a good rubber base. And you can charge what ever size phone you want. not big on having a chargers that takes up that much space and a cheap charger is only 18 bucks.
