Ended up getting the Overland, but for less than I posted. That advertised price ($38881) did NOT include freight or dealer's fee, and included a $500 incentive I am not eligible for, which would have brought the price to about $40200.
That being said, when I went in the dealership (the same one that quoted the above) sold me the car for $37800 INCLUDING dealer fees and freight. Basically I went in with the Truecar price I found and they beat it by a little. Actually a really good experience overall and the best dealer/F&I team I've ever worked with. No pressure at all for anything. I might have gotten it for slightly less, but the way the dealership treated me and the convenience of it all, like you said Jeepster, was worth the little extra.
Now just looking for an excuse to drive..........................
