Dealer undercoating for my Trailhawk?

Hoping someone that has had the dealer applied wax undercoating on their jeep in the last few years would let me know if they are glad they did.
I live in the land of snow and salt.
My dealer is offering the application to me at 50% off list.

I don't want to do annual oil sprays at a local shop, but if some of my fellow forum members tell me that a single application by the dealer is worthwhile, I'll do it.

Thank you

Had it done on my Wife's limited, obviously only been done for a few days, but I had a 2008 Patriot and had the undercoating done, 4 years and 110000kms later it was still on there, and I had taken that vehicle offroad many times and down lots of gravel roads.

I had my 2002 Liberty done when purchased and the same for our 2002 T&C. We traded the 2002 for a 2012 T&C in Dec 2012 and it had virtually no rust. When I received the papers for the 2012 T&C it reminded me that I had the same life time warranty on my Liberty which had just lost a rocker panel to rust. Checked with my dealer who checked with Chrysler and received a free new rocker panel on the Liberty as rocker panel cost of $2100.00 was less than book value of the Liberty.

Needless to say I was very pleased after 11 years of driving.
