My IPhone 6 Plus was working great for a while. Then it would not connect to uconnect. Tried several different things but nothing worked. Called uconnect support and they walked me through the procedure to reconnect the IPhone.

1. Delete all paired devices on uconnect.

2. Go to Bluetooth screen on IPhone and tap the blue I in the circle next to uconnect.

3. Tap the forget device and then tap forget device at the bottom of the screen.

4. On uconnect tap phone button, then settings, then add device.

5. Turn on Bluetooth on the IPhone. When Uconnect shows up tap it.

Mine worked again after the above steps. Hope this helps if you are having problems with your IPhone.

Mine is still buggy after multiple re-connects like described and Bluetooth cycles. When streaming music, it skips like a 1990's Walkman CD player and drops many phone calls at random intervals. Nice to know someone else is having issues. I plan to wipe and re-install ios to see if it helps.

I've had the update for about a week now and it seems about the same. I had it at the apple store this last weekend getting the screen replaced (dropped on tile) and they didn't have a solution other than factory restore.

just wanted to be a part of the group, I guess :(
I just got my '15 Trailhawk last week. Iphone 6 plus seems to pair ok, but then randomly drops calls from the bluetooth. Call is still active on my phone itself, though. When this happens, the Uconnect screen shows no phone connected.
I will try the suggestions on "forgetting this device" on both phone and car and restart my phone, then repair. HOPEFULLY...

I have a iPhone 6 and before that a 4 , No problem with either connecting first time soon as I get in the car , I doubt the 6 plus is any different , regards Bluetooth etc

I had the iPhone 6Plus disconnect occur the first day I drove my new TH to work. It was also the day that I activated Uconnect - the phone pairing had been working fine up until then after initially pairing it at the dealer when I picked up the vehicle. I had not seen this thread before, but these were basically the things I tried. It took about 20 minutes to finally get it to reconnect, after deleting all my BT devices, hard-rebooting the phone (twice), deleting the phone from Uconnect, and rebooting Uconnect. Finally it... just worked. Has been rock solid since then (two weeks). My phone was fully up to date with iOS so I don't think that was the problem for me.

I've got a Nokia Lumia 830 running Windows and it skips. If I forget the device and delete from Uconnect then set it up again it does not skip for a while.
