Are the kits specific for our vehicles or do I need to purchase anything specifically with them? I've always ordered from DDM so this company is new to me.

Just put in the vehicle info and you'll get the kit for our vehicles.

Can't say I ran into any issues like this when I installed mine. Are both sides reacting the same way?
Do you have a voltage tester can verify that the right voltages are coming from the source (original plug) and to the new light where it plugs in? Btw, before you do that check what hids run for voltage. If you hook it up to a 12v light nothing good will happen (read boom)

Did you reverse the polarity on the wire harness side?

It really was straight forward plug and play when I installed it.
But wait? Did you say you've only installed the drivers side??
I sort of thought they only worked properly in pairs??
Maybe get the passengers side installed as well

i only try pass side. and i didnt know anything about about hooking up both side at the sane time then it might work. in my mind if one side didnt wanna light up. i swap bulb and the hid kit around to see if the other set work.. but unfortunately it didnt. unplug and reconnect many times and the light turn on one or two times ,once i turn the car off then it wont turn on again. to me its seem to be the connector problems.
sorry for my bad english. i guess i just wait until monday call them and see wasup.
