Thanks Mark for information on how to adjust the headlights. You are right, the little cones beside the headlights are the adjusters. For anyone else who may want to adjust their lights you can find these little cones by looking straight
down and you can see the little cones beside the lights. You can adjust the lights easily by turning the hex nut inside the cone either way. I turned mine down about four turns on the drivers side and two on the passengers. The cutoff is now much better, we will see if oncoming drivers flash me any less. I have noticed that the lights are even better on high beam then they were before, they were not adjusted correctly at the factory. Thanks again Mark for the advice.
Interesting that this info is not included anywhere in the 750 plus page owners manual. The whole light issue on the Cherokee is an issue that Chrysler needs to address. I read that the 2017s now have factory HID. I hope they got it right this time. Our factory lights are terrible.
