Mounting Lights to Front Bumper??

I "borrowed" this picture from Diode Dynamics but it shows a Cherokee with Lighting mounted to the front bumper. Has anyone done this? Would it be feesable to do this and it be secure and not bounce around?

I'll be doing that soon. Haven't decided on the final bracket situation yet, but I will be securing to the metal bumper underneath, not just to the fascia that's for sure. Some have installed lights with a licence plate bracket/bull bar thing.

Those with THs have an easier time getting to the metal bumper compared to non THs, because the fascias are different. I don't have a TH. I want a bracket that comes up from the metal bumper and right angle out under the hood. THs have a nice gap between fascia and hood but we (non TH) don't, so I'll need to tweak the fascia with a Dremmel tool no doubt. I may also need to drill a hole in the fascia above the top of the bumper to allow a screw to go in to secure bracket to bumper. With a TH you can just pry/lift up the back of the fascia and get a screw in that way, but not me...

Mounting them just to the plastic will cause the lights to vibrate. They need to be mounted to metal.

Made it myself. Just a strip of 35mm wide 3mm thick galvanised steel from the hardware store. Two bits bent at 90 ° and a flat strip welded on between them.

Yep, mounted a 20in single row 180w light bar to it. The mounts for the light bar were fully adjustable so made the bracket the full width of the front plate.
