It could be worse.
Yeah I've had that issue for over 6 months now but IMO it hasn't affected any of the features i typicaaly use so its not worth it for me to put up with the dealership and try to fix it

With the AMAZING Help from Andrea at JeepCares I received a brand new radio and had it installed yesterday. It looks like this solved my problems. It came with the New Updated Software. With only a few commuting hours so far, everything is fine. I can't thank Andrea enough. Granted my problem pales in comparison to others, it was refreshing to actually get help. Now, I'm all set for my summer tour following Iron Maiden. Up The Irons!

Mines at the dealer now I'm waiting to hear what they tell me. I've got a feeling I'm going to be in a very similar situation as you. hopefully they can take care of it without me having to reach out for additional help

My dealer didn't even try to get a radio.
"FCA said you have to wait"
Andrea got results.
The dealer did see the problem, that was the part I was really worried about.

Our '15 TH just gave us this same message starting about a week ago. My wife took it to a dealer since that's what it said. $50 later, they said it wouldn't take new update and needs a new radio. Of course they say it's not under warranty and want $1032.67 to put a new radio in. Thoughts?
