The Via App worked fine Friday on the way home from work but this morning I had to restart the phone again to get the Via App link back up.

I also hope they fix the Via App situation, I use the Aha app every day on the way to work and usually the IHeart App on the way home. And speaking of the iHeart App, for every song that plays, the radio pauses for 30 seconds and says buffering even though I have a great LTE signal on the phone. I can bypass the iHeart App via the via mobile and run it straight form the phone without any interruptions. Am I the only person having problems with this?

Nope. I get the same buffering. My via app acts up when we have 2 phones pared to uconnect and both phones have the uconnect app. One must log off. When wife gets to the car first she needed to log off before my apps start to work.

There are several iPhones and Android devices associated with the Uconnect unit but I am the only person in the car and cannot possibly imagine that the app running on another phone miles away would need to be logged off from the Via Mobile App?

@29PalmsMark. I hear ya but gotta be at least 5 times that the wife had called me from home (SoCal)when I'm in NorCal to log off the uconnect app cause I was the last one who used it. Sure enough as soon as I log off and she logs back in, via app works again for her. My phone was hundreds of miles away.
***something to note... we are using same username on both our phones** do not know if it has something to do with it.

Same here. The Via Mobile apps obviously depend on a Uconnect-provided server/service sitting between the KL's head unit and the source services like iHeart. They're probably shuttling messages back and forth to receive our requests and populate the screen we interface with. I'm wondering if the new OTA Uconnect updates are saturating the resources and bandwidth allocated and Via Mobile is at the bottom of the priority stack. Over 95% of the time I get the ~Network Busy, Try Later message.

BTW, I received a message the other day on my Uconnect phone app about another device being logged into my account. I might have had my Mopar.com account open on my PC at the time. Seems like the service is checking to make sure the account is opened by one device at a time.

I think I'll wait until all this OTA shakes out but wonder when I'll get the notice for me? I'm parked in a 1X network area at night so wonder if I'll ever get the update?
