Anyone Want To Split a Pair of 3.5 speakers???

I ordered 6 of these 3.5 kicker speakers from crutchfield and as I'm sure most of you know we only need 5
I think they sound great and the highs are crystal clear now!

If someone else would like 1 speaker to put in the middle of their dash here's an opportunity to save a few $$$
it was $40 for the pair so if you want the left over speaker I'll let it go for $20 with the metra speaker adapter included. I'll even take care of the shipping so just $20 flat and its yours!

PM me if you are interested

Hi,

I just ordered 2 of them for the dash replacement. Could you please give me the exact metra adapter size for that.

Thankyou for your help

well you can only by aftermarket 3.5 speakers in pairs. so considering our car has 5 of those speakers I had to buy 3 pairs

Point taken. One of my kits must have come with 3-3.5 and 2-6x9 speakers. I do remember that one of the kits came with 2-3.5 tweeters, with a built in crossovers, along with 2-6x9s. I put these in the corners of the dash.

If you have the 6 speaker setup you won't have the wiring for the center speaker. The mount is there for it though, it'd just be up to you to figure out how to wire it.

Im quite shocked at how many people like these 3.5's, I dont know how they sound with the uconnect 8.4 setup but with Uconnect 5.0 they were insanely tinny sounding, no amount of treble adjustment on the head unit made it acceptable. I ended up having to rewire the speakers themselves and solder in some resistors to the tin tweeters themselves to tone them down. They sound amazing now.

Did you do that to the stock speakers or some aftermarket ones? if so what resistors did you use?
