Back up LED's

Got the super bright LED's back up lights installed tonight. All 4 took less then 20 mins although passenger side inboard (in liftgate) was a bit of challenge because of some dummy connector that made it difficult to pull the back up bulb socket out.
Anyways, its much brigher and my poor eyes are happy in the darkness

Got them from superbrightleds.com. 4 bulbs with shipping were under $20 bucks

Be careful when doing the BU bulbs that are in the liftgate. You need to pry the access panel from the "top" part of the panel and then hinge from the lower part. So use a small flat blade screwdriver when the liftgate is the up position and start at the part of the acces panel that is closest to the glass. Once you get that section loose, pull down and it will hinge towards the floor. Move the white insulation out of the way to expose the back up socket. Change bulb, put the insulation back and forcefully smack the access plate back into position with your palm.

None. Only error message I get is the license lamp bulb is out with the 194 LED bulbs. Will either do the resistor fix or just leave it. It doesn't bother me at all

Not sure why the license lamp LED's come up with bulb out error and the reverse LED bulbs don't. Oh well. Not complaining. I can deal with the back up bulbs showing up in the messae section of the DIC. 1 push of the button and that error message goes away

Omg. Wasn't in my list, but after watching your before and after pics...

Btw. Did you happen to see the stop bulbs part number while doing the work? Just noticed in the manual that their not listed.

Is there a thread here in the forum? Couldn't find it honestly.
