That's what I need to research ... If there is a partial fascia that fits in .. This will be cool. Otherwise, may need a full bumper fascia.

it weird that the bumper in the mopar site for the TH does not show the hole in the bumper for the tow hook, but the bumper in the latitude does show a hole.....I am very suspect that all the drawings may not be correct....

If you non TH folks go look behind your facia, is there a hole in the bumper for the tow hook like the mopar pic shows? if so, all you may need is facia

I'll try to get a look at it tomorrow. I'm really getting interested in this.

I don't think you have to cut your bumper - I think an all new fascia/bumper has to be ordered.

My Limited does not have any holes for the tow hook or trailer hitch. The jeepgarage guy seemed to indicate the same; he was ordering OEM tow package as his didn't come with it and they had to hunt down the proper bumper through 13 different SKUs.

Keep in mind we're just talking about the rear black plastic. That entire piece comes off and could be replaced with a TH one I'm guessing or at least the hitch version/possibly a new variation.

Until we see pics (and I'm watching the jeepgarage thread) don't really know for sure.

I'm not thinking there is any fascia outside of the TH version that has a spot for tow hooks, and I dont think any parts of the TH fascia will fit the other fascias looking at pics. Seems like you'd have to either cut it or see if the TH complete fascia can replace it.

Probably would need TH rear yea. I was misreading what you were saying. I'm all fine for that.

Too bad the front won't work for a TH to Limited swap. Well it might but it looks like you would need the front bumper and both front parts of the fenders to make it work. As I look at the front of my Limited compared to a TH there's a body panel between the front bumper and fenders that surrounds the lights. It might be possible to remove that piece (while not removing the entire fender) plus the front bumper if so desired.

Hope the aftermarket will offer some kind of lower clip replacement for non TH owners.

On the Grand Cherokee postings I have seen that the lower bumper part has to be removed in order to get space for your hand to the bolts to install.
Thanks
Yes, if I remember correctly, the steel beams (which receive the steel bars for the tow hooks) are pre- drilled with holes in them? I guess where the bolts are supposed to be installed.

If you put these hooks, you will have to order a new front plastic cover, as the plastic panels where the tow hooks are can't be removed on the Sport model.

This is a terrible picture, but I have had the whole front bumper of my Latitude (looking to add tow hooks) and there are pre drilled holes already in the square metal tubes. Looking closer it actually seems like the Mopar Tow Hook Kit for the 2011+ Grand Cherokee's for $168 will work on the Cherokee's just need to match up the holes, but based on a tow hook off of a TH, the look identical to the GC ones... Might have to make the purchase and see what happens! The kit is WAAAAY cheaper then buying the 2 TH tow hooks for almost $500, plus still needing the brackets and hardware... Ughhhh....

Was it difficult and time consuming to remove the front facia and bumper? Is it a matter of removing the black "clip on brackets" or it there other bolts to remove?

Thanks
