muffler skid plate

did anybody made a skid plate for muffler, i broke the muffler bracket this weekend because the muffler go up when hit a rock.

The S-Pipe in front of the muffler is very vulnerable on the TH and can knock the whole system off the rear hangers if bumped. Happened to me in Colorado.

Par for the course. The better option is moving the muffler forward of the rear wheels so there is only a tail pipe to deal with.

sure there are skid plate for muffler the jk wrangler have skid plate for muffler not from stock form but aftermarket make them

most are not as in open space ether ,how many off road vehicles can you see the muffler with out even bending down ,

As pictured above, I would be more worried about the rear diff unit than the muffler. I was going to design and make a skid for ours, but if we can't get our economy under control the KL will not see many trips to the need becomes mute.
