To Quote & New Post Takes a LONG Time

When I want to quote someone or post a new thread, it takes about two minutes for the page to load. It is not until this ~ two minutes is up that I can start to type. I use other online forums for school and life, and never have these issues. Maybe you can check and see why this is the case? Thanks.

Just quoted your post to check and took 1-2 seconds to populate. Not a computer guy but would suggest it might be on your end. Will check with admins.

My pages take several minutes to load up when I am at work. I figure its a work related network wide security measure...

Hey there,

are you using the advanced posting mode or the quick reply? If it's the advanced mode (the one with all the smilies showing and the attachment manager section), is there a list of attachments showing? I'm assuming you're using desktop mode.

Sorry, I have been super busy with work and school.

Surface Pro 3

I don't do stuff on my phone. Just the SP3. No other Site, or part of a Site, takes that long. I will remove my cookies in a few days when I come due for scheduled password changes. Thank you.

When you go to advanced reply or post towards the bottom do you have an EXTREMELY long list of all the attachments you've ever uploaded? If so they think this might be slowing it down. You and I have the most uploads of anyone on the forum. It can sometimes take a very long time for me to load a reply.

Maybe that is it @Len1304. I thought a lot of my file populated below. I just tried to Quote you now and it timed out. I had to close the Tab and open the Forum again. So I should go and remove most / all of my pictures I have uploaded? Not to seem rude, but the Site here does not seem to have a huge amount of contributing traffic on it lately. However, I posted those pictures mostly to try and help out others. I suppose they could all go away...and I would find out quick who was actually using my efforts to their advantage!
