Hmmm. Another *problem* we can have with FF is combination of extensions, as some all of sudden can interfere with another. Hard to t-shoot, unless you disable them one by one, etc...

@IRSmart : I was going to direct you to AdBlock Edge, but I find they (Mozilla) have suspended it for some reason... oh well... About ABPlus though : there are block lists you can choose with the extension (look at options), so perhaps it's a problem with one of those lists... Maybe try removing lists one by one, reboot FF every time, and see if you can find a problem there...

Some update from adblockers is interfering with the standard layout of the site, which is causing all the errors. We got tech working on a fix, but got a couple work arounds for now.

First, if you can disable your adblocker for the site, that's the easiest approach. If the site then loads super slow, I'd like to try and fix that for you. Ads on the site shouldn't be impacting your time here in any meaningful way.

Second, you can try switching to the "Classic" forum skin, using the drop menu in the bottom left of the page. The Classic skin seems to be working fine with adblockers on

I just turned uBlock Origin off (what i was using before) and downloaded Adblock Plus (what @Mark_ seems to be using) and the site is now loading properly. it seems that the default Adblock addon, uBlock Origin, is having difficulties with its newest update. Shame, since it has the best looking UI out of the other plugins i think.

If anyone is using Ghostery or uBlock, in the settings there will be a "VerticalScope" script which you can uncheck so it will not block it. That has been known to help members as well.

If you are using those blockers (or try yours to see if you can tweak it as well) let us know if that helps.

Attached files are not visible on an iPad Pro running 10.3.3 (beta) and 1Blocker.

I had to disable the verticalscope being blocked on MacOS 10.11.2 (beta) for attachments and avatars to load as well.

Why is the site even wanting to call external scripts to handle images?

Also can't reply using quick reply on iPad, and adding verticalscope.com to 1Blocker didn't seem to help.

I believe it's how the images are hosted here on the site. When you attach an image, it gets stored on the server and then embeded into the thread, so it acts like link image even if it's on the site.

I was able to use Quick Reply with 1block installed, though I have an earlier version then yours. I'll try and update, but are you able to use a different adblocker, or is sticking with 1block preferred?

I prefer 1Blocker on my iPad. It's a good deal more customizable than other solutions. I'll try wildcarding the domain and see what happens.

Also, I tend to have somewhat rigorous filtering turned on. My 1 Blocker settings may be different from the default.

I run uBlock Origin as well as Adblock Plus.

I was having some issues with general functionality, however when I whitelisted verticalscope.com in uBlock, everything acts/loads normally.

It took me a day to truly white list it, as there is a "temporary" function to white list a current session only.

For me it was adblock plus on Chrome. I have both Adblock and Adblock Plus (which are from two different entities). Ablock Plus was the problem for me. Whitelisting jeepcherokeeforums.com fixed the issue. Though if start seeing more adds, I'll reenable it at the expense of not seeing avatars and attached images.
