It's now 5:49 pm their local time, I would be astounded if you hear from them today. When I drove to their shop to pick up my sliders I called to let them know I would be 5 minutes late, he told me I should have been 30 minutes early if I really wanted them.

Only words of profanity convey my thoughts on that. Screw them. This thread just ended any consideration I'd buy anything from them.

In their defense, I asked them to leave them outside for me and they did. Plus I love my sliders. If I can get something somewhere else I will, if I can't, I'll deal with them.

It goes even beyond that. They make various competing products for alot of other vehicle makes and models that you can get from other vendors. If you Google their name I've found the same complaints on multiple sites and message boards going back to 2008. Same theme of wrong parts, incomplete order, damaged parts, crappy product, etc and always their customer service trying to blame the customer. Any kind of smart business owner would see that going on and say maybe we need to change how we do business but if this has been going on at least a decade then either the owner is incompetent or they are the cause. In either case I am surprised they are still in business. I'd bet they haven't had much growth in their business. Probably relying on the talent of a few decent employees to keep them limping along.

Maybe if you install while looking at it from a side view the holes will line up?

Looks like you have to widen that hole to the left for it to line up with the crossmember holes. Basically mod a brand new part. Bullshi

I mean. I was able to see that right away. Do they need glasses? Or better yet, instructions to make their jigs straight?

The verticle alignment is worse than the horizontal.... I am 99% sure the outer piece is for their nee WK2 bumper
