Nifty Custom XJ Truck

http://addictedtojeeps.net/jeep-cherokee-part-comanche/

I think it looks pretty cool. It is different, and looks to be fun to drive.

2015 Trailhawk - Eco Green, 3.2L, Nav, Tow, Cold Weather. MODS: Goodyear Wrangler All-Terrain ProGrades 245/70R17; WeatherTech mats, vent shades; Magnaflow exhaust. Rigid SR 20" bar and Rock Lights. JW Speaker fog lights. Blue Ridge Overland Gear panels and bags. Pelican tool box loaded! Bubba Rope and Gators too. Much more....

Trailer: Custom built Montrose aluminum 4.5'Wx6'Lx3'H off-road utility with 3,500 lb Dexter torsion axle. Known as the Zombie Escape Trailer.

1986-1992. Way too short of a run. I don't know how true it was, but back in the day it was said Chrysler killed it to prevent it from taking sales away from the Dakota.

The TH definitely. Technology wins out. The Comanche is CommandTrac, so though it's "shift on the fly," it's only to be engaged on slippery surfaces. (SelecTrac was the fulltime 4WD system they had back then)

Down here we get more ice and sleet than snow and not too frequently. The Comanche did okay the handful of times I had to drive in that mess. I put three bags of sand in the rear, too.

We had one snow this year that the TH got to see. For us, it was the very rare dry snow. Maybe 2", and most was melted by lunchtime.
